This License Policy sets out the terms governing the use of software, indicators, analytical tools, alert signals, content, user guides, membership communities, and other digital services sold or provided by Day Trade Setup ("we," "us," or "our"). By purchasing a product, subscribing to a service, or using any Day Trade Setup service, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to this License Policy.
01 Nature of the License
Upon successful payment, Day Trade Setup grants the customer a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and non-resalable license to use the applicable product or service.
Purchasing a product does not mean that the customer owns the software, source code, systems, indicators, signals, or intellectual property of Day Trade Setup. The customer receives only the right to use the product or service in accordance with the conditions established by Day Trade Setup.
02 Personal Use Only
One license may be used only by one customer or with one account approved by Day Trade Setup, unless otherwise stated in the package purchased by the customer.
Customers may not share an account or license, lend access to another person, allow another person to use the product on their behalf, transfer the license, resell the license, or permit any other person to access Day Trade Setup's products or services without authorization.
03 Linking the License to TradingView or Other Accounts
For products that require activation through TradingView, Telegram, Discord, or another platform, the customer must provide accurate account information to Day Trade Setup.
Day Trade Setup will activate access based on the information provided by the customer. If the customer provides an incorrect username, email address, account ID, or other account information, Day Trade Setup shall not be liable for any resulting delay or access issue.
A request to change the account linked to a license may be permitted according to the conditions of the applicable package and remains subject to Day Trade Setup's approval.
If a customer requests account changes unusually frequently, Day Trade Setup reserves the right to reject, restrict, or suspend further account changes.
04 License Period
The license period is determined by the package purchased by the customer, such as monthly, six-month, annual, lifetime, or any other period specified by Day Trade Setup.
For a lifetime package, "lifetime" means the commercial life of the product or the period during which Day Trade Setup continues to provide and support that product. It does not mean that Day Trade Setup is obligated to provide the product or service for the customer's entire lifetime or indefinitely without limitation.
Day Trade Setup reserves the right to modify, discontinue, replace, or improve a product where reasonably necessary due to technical, business, legal, or third-party platform limitations.
05 Permitted Use
Customers may use Day Trade Setup's products and services only for personal, educational, and individual trading-analysis purposes.
Customers may use indicators or tools only through the accounts authorized under the terms of the purchased package. Customers may also review and use the guides or content provided by Day Trade Setup solely for their own personal use.
06 Strictly Prohibited Activities
Customers agree not to engage in any of the following activities:
- Copying, reproducing, modifying, decoding, reverse engineering, or attempting to access any source code;
- Distributing, publishing, forwarding, reselling, renting, sublicensing, or transferring any license;
- Sharing indicators, alert signals, user guides, videos, or content from private membership communities;
- Publishing or distributing screenshots, signals, messages, or information obtained from the system without authorization;
- Using any product to operate their own signal group, copy-trading service, course, subscription, or commercial service;
- Claiming ownership of any Day Trade Setup product, system, strategy, or intellectual property;
- Using the product to deceive, defraud, or mislead another person;
- Attempting to bypass any license-protection system, membership system, access control, or usage restriction implemented by Day Trade Setup.
07 No Unauthorized Commercial Use
Customers may not use any Day Trade Setup product, service, indicator, signal, content, chart image, text, guide, video, or information for commercial purposes unless prior written authorization has been obtained from Day Trade Setup.
Commercial use includes, without limitation:
- Reselling products or services;
- Operating a signal group;
- Providing training or educational services;
- Using the content in advertising;
- Creating a course;
- Creating content to sell another product or service;
- Using the product as part of a portfolio-management service;
- Using the product or information to generate income in any other form.
08 Investigation of License Violations
Day Trade Setup reserves the right to investigate activity that may constitute a violation of this License Policy, including account sharing, unusual account changes, redistribution of signals, use of information in another group, or any conduct that may cause harm to Day Trade Setup.
Day Trade Setup may use relevant evidence in its investigation, including screenshots, chat records, account activity, payment records, IP logs, usernames, links, group membership records, and other related information.
09 Consequences of Violation
If Day Trade Setup determines that a customer has violated this License Policy, Day Trade Setup may immediately take one or more of the following actions without prior notice:
- Temporarily suspend the customer's license;
- Permanently revoke the customer's license;
- Terminate access to Telegram, Discord, or other membership communities;
- Cancel all benefits, bonuses, discounts, and additional services;
- Refuse to provide services to the customer in the future;
- Deny any refund;
- Take legal action if the violation causes damage or loss to Day Trade Setup.
10 Intellectual Property
All software, indicators, code, systems, strategies, product names, logos, branding, illustrations, videos, user guides, text, alert signals, and other content relating to Day Trade Setup's services are the intellectual property of Day Trade Setup or its licensors.
Granting a customer permission to use a product or service does not transfer ownership, title, copyright, trademark rights, or any other intellectual property rights to the customer.
11 License Suspension or Termination
Day Trade Setup reserves the right to suspend or terminate a customer's license if the customer violates any applicable terms, provides false information, misuses the product or service, or engages in conduct that may cause harm to Day Trade Setup, other customers, or third parties.
Suspension or termination under this section shall not entitle the customer to a refund or to claim compensation or damages from Day Trade Setup.
12 Changes to This Policy
Day Trade Setup reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this License Policy as appropriate.
The latest version will be published on the website or through another official channel designated by Day Trade Setup.
Continued use of the services after any update or amendment constitutes the customer's acceptance of the revised License Policy.
